Ring size exchanges
We are more than happy to offer a free exchange of ring sizes to help you find the right fit. We do request that you pay the postage costs in both directions for this.
You may exchange your ring for a new size up to 60 days after purchase, providing it is in its original condition and packaging.
Processing times for exchanges take 1 week, sometimes longer in busy periods. If this is too long you may purchase the ring in your required size and return the original for a refund.
