Delivery, Exchange & Returns Policy
Delivery
We process orders every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and send them out by Royal Mail 48 Tracked to the UK only at present. For international orders please see our Etsy shop: www.royalmilesilver.etsy.com
Delivery is FREE to all UK addresses unless stated otherwise on the item (some items require a small parcel postage and this costs £4).
UPGRADE – If you require faster shipment you can choose Tracked 24 at the checkout for £4 for faster delivery.
Ring Size Exchanges
We are more than happy to offer a free exchange of ring sizes to help you find the right fit. We do request that you pay the postage costs in both directions for this.
Processing times for exchanges take up to 1 week, sometimes longer in busy periods. If this is too long you may purchase the ring in your required size and return the original for a refund.
If you would like a ring exchange, please purchase our ring exchange listing for £5. Click the button below for instructions. If you would like to get in touch about your order please e-mail orders@royalmilesilver.co.uk
International Ring Size Exchanges
If you live outside of the UK and would like to exchange your ring size, please purchase our International Ring Exchange listing to cover the cost of return postage and initiate the process. You will be responsible for shipping the ring(s) back to us.
Processing times for exchanges take 1–2 weeks. Once we receive your return we will post the new size back to you — return postage to you is included in the price.
A second exchange is possible, but please note the exchange fee cannot be refunded. If you would like to get in touch about your order please e-mail orders@royalmilesilver.co.uk

Refunds
Changed Mind
If you no longer want your item we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so long as the item is unused and in original packaging. There are some exclusions for hygiene reasons – all studs and earrings.

Once we receive the item(s), we will process the refund to your original payment method – monies can take up to 5 working days to show back in your account.
Wrong Item Received / Faulty Item
If the item is faulty in any way, or not what you ordered, we, of course, will refund or replace up to 60 days (to allow for gifting). We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items damaged by accident, mishandling or misuse.
All returns/exchanges for wrong or faulty items are free of charge and we will supply you with a 48 hours return label. Please contact us by email and we will send the return label: orders@royalmilesilver.co.uk
Refunds to your original payment method can take up to 5 working days.
We can only refund the method you used to pay for the goods.
