Our Tungsten Ring Collection

Tungsten is a dense and durable metal. In the world of jewellery, it’s commonly used in the form of tungsten carbide, which is an alloy of tungsten and carbon. Tungsten carbide is prized for its hardness and scratch resistance, making it a popular choice for couples, promise, wedding, engagement, and vow renewal rings.

Super Hard: Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest metals on earth, second only to diamonds on the Mohs scale of hardness. This means it’s incredibly scratch- resistant, making it a great choice for wedding rings.

  • Durable: Not only are our Tungsten Carbide Rings scratch-resistant, but they are also durable and won’t bend out of shape. This makes it a great option for wedding rings and other jewellery that you’ll wear every day.
  • Hypoallergenic Ring: Unlike some metals, tungsten carbide rings are hypoallergenic, so it’s a good choice for people with sensitive skin.
  • Stylish: Tungsten carbide rings come in a variety of styles and colours, so you can find one that reflects your personality.

Many people choose a tungsten ring when choosing their wedding ring. This is because tungsten wedding rings require much less care and maintenance than gold or platinum wedding rings.

Tungsten carbide rings are very durable and scratch-resistant, unlike gold rings, which can scratch even while cleaning them. However, that’s not to say tungsten rings never need to be cleaned to look their best but be careful not to use the wrong types of cleaning solutions which could cause damage to your ring.

  • Excessive moisture can cause wood inlays to expand and damage the protective resin.  We recommend not submerging your wood ring in water for long periods.
  • Clean with a mild soap solution and water.

That depends on your budget and style preferences. If you’re looking for a wedding ring that feels substantial, resists scratches from everyday hard work, can reflect your personality and won’t wreck your budget, tungsten wedding rings for men and women are a great choice.

Any coloured tungsten carbide ring other than its natural silver colour is achieved through a process called ion plating. This is true for all tungsten jewellery in the world.

Tungsten carbide rings are often plated to enhance their appearance, provide colour options, and add protection. We use a PVD coating for our colour plating. The black material is similar to a piece of carbon. The coating thickness is about 0.3-0.5μm. The grooving, setting and polishing of our Tungsten rings are all done by hand.

Inlaying tungsten rings with epoxy involves filling a groove or channel in the ring with a specialized epoxy resin, often mixed with decorative elements like wood, crushed stone, or coloured pigments. The process starts by carefully preparing and cleaning the inlay area. The epoxy mixture is then applied into the groove and smoothed to ensure an even surface. Once filled, the ring is left to cure, allowing the epoxy to harden. Finally, the ring is polished to create a smooth and seamless finish, showcasing the inlay’s unique appearance.

Yes, tungsten carbide rings can be engraved and personalised, we aren’t offering this service right now, but we hope to offer this shortly!

Our Celtic Jewellery Collection

The Celts worshipped the cycles of nature that they lived within and relied upon, and they worshipped this as a feminine force. They believed in the interconnectedness of all life, and that our life energy will always loop around and continue; hence the eternal Celtic Knotwork patterns with no beginning and no end.

Our stunning collection of Celtic Jewellery for men and women includes intricate Celtic Designs such as the Tree of Life, Triquetra, Triple Spiral, Celtic Knot Bands, Claddagh Rings and Four Elements designs all in 925 sterling silver.

The Tree of Life symbol has various meanings however it is common among many cultures, modern and ancient. In many cultures, it is recognized as the symbol of immortality and eternal life. It also signifies wisdom, knowledge and enlightenment. The tree of life was also used to symbolise the earth’s mother, or goddess, the source and nourisher of life.

Triquetra means three-cornered and connects deeply with the power of three. The meaning varies in different religions and cultures, but the concept of interconnectedness and infinity seems to be the foundation for all groups.

The Triple Spiral also known as the ‘Triskele’ and as the ‘Triple Goddess’ symbolizes motion, with its three outward-facing arms representing energy, action, cycles, progress, revolution, and competition. The meaning of the three arms varies across different cultures and eras, with interpretations including life-death-rebirth, spirit-mind-body, mother-father-child, past- present-future, power-intellect-love, and creation-preservation-destruction.

The intricate designs of Celtic knots are often said to represent the endless cycle of life, death, and rebirth, as well as the interconnectedness of all things in the natural world.

The Claddagh Ring, also known as a promise ring, a traditional Irish piece of jewellery, has been an emblem of love, loyalty, and friendship for centuries. The design showcases a distinctive heart, held by two hands and topped with a crown, representing love, friendship, and loyalty, respectively.

The Claddagh ring has a history that is steeped in folklore and romanticism. Since the 17th Century, this unique and beautiful Celtic design has been associated with love and loyalty.

A Claddagh ring can be worn by anyone – single, engaged, or married people can all wear a Claddagh Ring. However, one unique feature of this beautiful Celtic Ring is that the way it is worn is different depending on the status of the wearer.

Single – Wear the ring on the right hand with the heart facing outward from your body.

In a Relationship – Wear the ring on the right hand with the heart facing inwards.

Engagement – Wear the ring on the left hand on the third finger with the heart pointing outwards.

Wedding Ring – Wear the ring on the left hand on the third finger with the heart pointing inwards.
