Nothing was too much trouble for this company. We had our rings within 2 weeks despite my error with sizes. They sorted this and engraved the correct sizes so fast. Decided to get my husband a new wedding band as a trip souvenir and we got lucky google suggested this shop! We loved getting to try on a variety in store and the woman working was so helpful and sweet … More to my son who was with us. So happy I've finally gotten round to writing this, been meaning to for a couple of months - after a rough start to the year I reached out to Royal Mile Silver in February to get a gift for my partner … More who has been extremely supportive during a time of a lot of loss and sadness, I wanted to get him something that showed how deeply I value, love and respect him, so with my order I requested a special note from the company that spoke of the significance of the design of ring I'd chosen - they responded quickly and were extremely happy to oblige, and what they wrote was so, so lovely. Once the ring arrived it was exactly as pictured, you can feel the quality of the metals, and the fidgeting function worked exactly as required; my partner absolutely loves it. The customer service of this company could not be more highly recommended from me. Thank you RMS for going the extra mile (for lack of a better word!) for me a as a customer, it made such a difference and both me and my partner would happily order from here again.
