Description
Hand finished in sterling silver this is a set of 2 ear rings depicting the great Stag.
The Langan is the call, lowing or brae of the stag. The stag holds a very special place in Scotland, and, if you’re lucky enough to spot one running through the woods, you will know why.
In Celtic mythology the stag is a symbol of the forest. The stag is fast, powerful, agile and vigorous, much like the energy of nature which is self regenerating. The stag sheds its antlers in the autumn and regrows them in the spring just like the seasonal cycle of the forest trees.
