Ring Size Exchanges
Getting the right fit matters to us. If your ring isn’t quite right, we’re more than happy to exchange it for a different size. Just cover the postage costs in both directions and we’ll take care of the rest. As long as the ring comes back to us in its original condition and packaging within 60 days of purchase, we’ll get you sorted.
We normally turn exchanges around within a week, though it can take a little longer at busier times of year. If you’re in a hurry, you’re welcome to purchase the right size outright and send the original back to us for a full refund.
Step 1 — Purchase the ring size exchange listing
Purchase the £5 listing using the button below. You’ll need to complete this step before filling in the form.
Step 2 — Fill in the exchange form
Once you’ve purchased the £5 exchange listing above, you’ll receive an email with a link to fill in the exchange form. Complete the form and then post your ring back to us using a tracked service.
Step 3 — Post your ring to us
Send your ring back to us using a tracked postal service and keep hold of your proof of postage. We’ll send your new size straight out to you.
