We offer personalised engraving for our tungsten and titanium rings. Your ring is sent to you first so you can confirm the fit — engraving only happens once you’re happy and send it back to us.
Step 1 — Order your ring
When placing your order, select your engraving text (up to 18 characters including spaces) and font choice on the product page. Your preferences are saved with your order — see the font options below.
Step 2 — Try your ring on
When your ring arrives, wear it for a few days to confirm the fit. If the size isn’t right, exchange it before proceeding. Once a ring is engraved it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Step 3 — Send your ring back to us
Once you’re happy with the fit, send your ring back using a free Royal Mail tracked returns label. Visit royalmail.com/track-my-return and enter Royal Mile Silver Ltd to generate your label. Pack your ring securely before posting.
Step 4 — Receive your engraved ring
Once we receive your ring, we’ll engrave it using the details from your original order and send it back with a tracking number. You’ll be notified by email as soon as it’s on its way.
Please note: Engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the fit is correct before sending your ring back to us.
